fantastic stay
super clean room plentiful breakfast friendly owners
the room was super clean. breakfast was plentiful and good. the owners were friendly and accommodating. i liked having my own front key, it gave me freedom to come and go as i pleased.
i could hear someone talking quite loudly through the wall in what looked like a blocked cupboard, it was slightly disturbing.

great location comfortable bed strong pressure breakfast views
i found location great near pier. the room included a comfortable bed that insured a good night sleep. the shower had strong water pressure. the breakfast each morning included lovely sea views.

The room was immaculate. This gave a very good first impression. room seven included a good view of the town and hills. the room was warm and well-equipped for a comfortable stay.

Acceptable Stay. Several Issues Noted
kettle location loud conversation
The breakfast provided was acceptable and met basic expectations.
The kettle lacked a designated surface. I had to use the floor near the bathroom. Loud conversations were audible through what seemed to be a blocked cupboard, disrupting the peace. I needed to increase the TV volume to mask it.

The breakfast was delicious. It featured a menu to choose from (I had the full English breakfast!).
The room lacked a small table. It would be useful to put the kettle on.

the single room had a comfortable bed. breakfast was great with plenty of food. i was welcomed with a genuinely warm introduction.
the windows needed a clean. it was a shame they were so dirty. paint was peeling off the walls to the right of the windows. this is frequently occurring for properties on the seafront.
